Lifting Manipulators Electric Manipulator Equipment for The Production of Bricks
Hongfa concrete Block Stacker,also know as Block Manipulator,its a multi-purpose block stacking unit that can be used to stack varies kinds of blocks and bricks produced,automatically and efficiently. It can be applied to all kinds and models of block making machine ,full-automatically.
Unmaned operation:greatly reduce the labors for more than 4 to 6 times and can save the amount of money up to 35,000 usd per year in block making factory with the annual output of 50,000pieces hollow blocks.
Working principle of the stacker: mechanical transmission,PCC programmed control,simple structure,stable operation.
The stacker clamp the blocks with its jigs from four directions ,separate the blocks from the pallets,and stack the blocks about 4 layers to 5 layers,then the blocks will be conveyed by the belt conveyor to the position for the forklift to transport to the storage field.
While the pallets will return to the conveying device for the next producing cycle.

7.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
